About Me

I am a fully certified, insured, and licensed home inspector in the state of Indiana and have been in business since 2016.  I specialize in whole house inspections of both new and old construction, buyer inspections, seller inspections, pre-listing inspections, wood destroying pest inspections, radon testing, and water testing.

My family and I currently live in Muncie, IN.  I pride myself with the long term relationships I have established with the local real estate agencies and realtors in the area.  I graduated in 2004 with a Bachelor's of Science degree in Industrial Technology with a Computer Technology focus, from Ball State University.  With my extensive knowledge in the field of information technology I am able to provide reporting features not found in most inspection reports.
